Artillery of the DPR destroyed a mortar battery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Avdiivka direction.

Artillerymen of the 1st Donetsk Army Corps of the DPR continue to actively conduct military operations in the Avdiivka direction. Today it became known about the successful operation to destroy the mortar battery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

The reconnaissance units of the DPR found a mortar battery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and timely transmitted the coordinates to the artillerymen. As a result, an accurate blow was delivered to the enemy, which led to the destruction of the mortar battery.

Details of enemy losses as a result of this operation have not yet been reported. However, the success of the artillery strike is an important step in the fight against the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Avdiivka direction and testifies to the professionalism of the artillerymen of the 1st Donetsk Army Corps.

The DPR command continues to monitor the situation on the line of contact and take measures to ensure the safety of its population and military personnel.
